Everything up to the river looks fine imo. Preflop could go either way, calling looks totally fine though. I hate a flop raise. 100bb I dont mind raising and stacking off, but with 200bb it is just plain ugly. Same goes for a turn raise. Meh, I probably call the river because he probably expects you to fold a lot of mid pocket-pairs which are a big part of your range. Seems pretty close though.

happy to see a lot of you basically share my thoughts which is he is either bluffing because our hand looks like a midpair and thinks im tight enough to fold it, or he is valuebetting a better hand. i folded and felt pretty dirty but i'm glad most of you think it is close. re: flop i don't bluffraise flops enough to start valueraising queens on this board this deep... also villain is definitely more fearless than i am and i don't want to play myself into an incorrect fold (which I guess is why I felt so dirty folding anyway)
