Poker better in Germany or Holland?

Hi,

I'm going to be in north-western Germany, in Essen, for about a month and a half.

I was wondering if there are any ok poker rooms around that area, or if I would be better off driving to Holland and playing in some of the casinos there. I like to play NL Hold-em. I currently live in Southern California and I play 2-3 NL with $300 max buy-in. Are there any games like that out there?

Also, I was looking through some of the other threads and I saw 5-10 NL with 150 buy-in? That is the minimum buy in right?
