ftp system can not log me in

Ok, so i think i have a good idea of why i cant get in to my account... I needed to leave during a mtt and asked my friend, whose account is temporarily frozen, to take over for me. obv a retarded decision. anyhow, i thought the problem was because maybe there was a software update or something and they cant login with me online. so i log off and they still cant log in. i try to get back in and it doesnt even let me in. it only says to email loginsupport@fulltiltpoker.com for assistance. I emailed them and got no reply yet.

I am just wondering in other people's past dealings with full tilt how long they usually take to get back you for matters such as this. sending like one email per day they dont respond would be pushing it and i should just wait right?
