Stars don't generally do anything about cheats, even such obvious ones, unless they get reported more than once. You've done the right thing but you should keep on emailing. One every hour for the next 24 hours or so should do it. Make sure you sign up 24 different email addresses and 24 different Stars accounts so they don't know it's all from the same guy.

I just realized, being a CSR at a poker site is prolly more tilting than actually playing poker. If I had to deal with hundreds of stupid emails like this everyday, id [censored] snap.

I think former CS guys like kyleb have pretty much said this.

Scottyy mentioned all the e-mails about the rigging of play-money games there and some of the other classics. I think you have to have a sense of humor about all the sillyness of the e-mails from the stupid people that make up your customer-base.

I'm pretty sure that being a CSR of many other companies is not too different in many ways. But I guess you don't have to deal with as many "your company is rigged and out to get me" type e-mails if you are a rep at Dell or Verizon or wherever.

this is not true. if you're going to make such offensive slurs against people, you should provide evidence.

If you are on their buddy list, now you know them...so you cant play on the same table and you should report yourself for cheating.

There's really no need to do that - just mail in and say you think two people are colluding, their play will be reviewed and you'll get a reply no matter how you phrase your question.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is true. A couple of years ago I was at a 0.50/1.00 limit table where one player, having folded out of hands, began announcing the hole cards of another who was still in. I emailed Stars describing what I’d seen & in less than two hours they’d written back three times. First message promised to investigate; second reiterated their concern; third conveyed their findings. They said that while collusion hadn’t necessarily taken place, “unethical play” had. They went on to say the pair would be notified and “preventative measures” would be put in place (though I’m not sure what those measures might have been).

In any event, Stars did take my message seriously (even if I didn’t explicitly ask them to do so).
