UTG ( me) raise to 600

Button reraise very quick to 1200

was thinking for a while and put him on AJ - AK

should I shove with 20 BB for a 50/50 ?

btw : I see this quick min raises pretty often by weak players , they "never" have QQ-AA , rarly 99-JJ . most the time AJ-AK ( or weaker )
