He limped on the button, bet the flop, bet the turn, checked the river.

Limping the button is a pretty wide range. Hands I feel fit this range:

KQ played really passively
QJ
QT
Q9s(See this toooo much)
JT
J9
T9
T8s
98
97s
JJ played passively
TT
99
22-88 played aggressively representing with position.
A9 makes sense if he's donkish. A9 has horrible value though in this hand.

However, you will note the hands you're beating here are very few.

And at this point in the hand, some people limp too loosely so it can be even wider. Point being, unless he's representing a hand, which you should have bet the turn to find out, you're X'd and leaking to hang around without a strong draw.

6 seeing the flop is deadly for spnk, even if it's the button repping, odds are, unless he's a nut, he's not firing into 5 opponents on air.

This hand was played very weak, this type of play is a considerable leak. Playing passive, with 15bb's in MTT play is not a formula for long term success. Luckily, posting hands here is

Ohh... and consider jamming that PF if the reads are good.. 25% of your stack is in there when action hits you. With this stack size, I'm jamming or folding unless this is very small stakes as the limping has begged the BB to steal this pot with huge overlay (this has to be seriously considered before limping in here as well as the shortie on the sb) I am a bit on the aggro side, but if I'm the BB, (or shortie SB with anything decent) I'm jamming here frequently.

If he's representing, I'm assuming he's on a draw or on lower PP. Betting out and not getting reraised would allow me to see a draw. Betting out and getting a fold is a lower PP.
