Default Set on the flop, facing all in on the river.

BB is 23/6/1.67 over 30 hands
I am getting 3 to 1 on my river call, i really think my opponent has a flush, and the only thing i can beat is he rivered two pair to me.

What is BB's hand ranges on the river? and do anyone call this?

I call expecting to lose to a flush (this is one of my leaks maybe...im too lazy to do the math). But sometimes he will show u Q10, 10 8 or a 2 pair like J6

I call getting 3 to 1. I expect to lose to a flush fairly often, but I think he has QT and a pair of J's or maybe J9 more than 25% of the time.
