Default New Game - CARD SHARKS!

Two players compete head to head. Player A will be asked a question "Out of 100 people, how many picked *this* as an answer?". Player A gives a number, Player B has to guess whether the real answer is higher or lower than Player A's guess. If Player B is correct, he gets control of the board. If not, then Player A gets control.

The Board.

Each player has 5 cards face down. The first card for the player who has control is flipped up. He can choose to play on, replace the card (only allowed 2x per round, and only allowed on the first card of that turn) or pass the play to the other Player (if it's passed, the new player cannot replace his card). Whichever player is playing will then decide if the NEXT card is higher or lower than the most recent card. If he's correct, he gets to guess again, or freeze at that spot and go to the next question. If he guesses wrong, all the cards he guessed during the current turn are replaced and he goes back to where he started the turn.

There are 4 turns/questions per round. If we get to the last question, whichever player ends up playing the board has to make it to the end, or the other player wins.

Aces are high, ties LOSE.

I currently have 2 decks preshuffled (excel/rand), and several questions I've taken from random polls I've found. I'm not sure how long it will take, so we'll play best 2 out of 3.

First two to respond are in.

Ok, kbar is player A, nich is player B. Player A gets the first question:

The question was: "Should FEMA be replaced by another agency, or just fixed?"

How many people said it should be fixed?
