Default Full tilt poker - incorrect balance

Ok, I've just been playing on ftp for a few hours (deposited 650 on there today)

I had pt running the whole time, and PT tracked that I'd made $170. However, I went to look at my ftp balance in the cashier, and it showed $720 - aka I have only made $70 :S I've logged in and out three times now.

I'm going to contact ftp now, I was just wondering if this problem has been encountered before by anyone?

Its possible PT missed some hands.. have FT email you your last session of hands- then re-import.

pt misses FT hands all the time. your PT will never match up exactly to the FTP cashier. and they won't email HH, so you just have to deal with it. the FTP cashier is correct.

If you ever leave a table before the hand is over (e.g. you folded preflop and left the table immediately after), then FTP doesn't save the HH to your hard drive, and, therefore, PT can't import it.

I always sit out when leaving a table, and wait until the next hand is obviously in play, before standing up.

Same here. This prevents missing any hands.

I've asked them for hands after getting disconnected and have always received them.

When you ask tell them they should just make it automated so you can request from the client, like other sites. I've told them a couple of times, but they are not going to do it unless more people say something.

they will send a few hands here and there. but in my case, at least, it seems that after making requests like this repeatedly every time PT missed hands, they started coming up with all kinds of reasons why they couldn't/wouldn't send the HH i was requesting.

lol at one point they were telling me that they could only send me a HH if i could tell them the exact hand # of the HH i wanted, which i obviously couldn't because i didn't have the [censored] hand history ...

and yeah, it should be self-service. i fully expect FTP is on top of this and will be making this feature available in the very near future...because they're just so great with being responsive to the needs of their players.
