I could see a turn call when villain puts you on a medium PP and tries to push you off. When he bets river again for half pot I don't think you are ever good anymore. So I would fold river.
Preflop is a fold probably, you could also 3bet 5 handed. Folding is the safe, standard way though. |

18/15 really isn't that tight. He is opening fairly wide UTG, not only premiums. I like a riverfold though. He has to be bluffing a lot to call profitably. His valuebetting range has us crushed even if he is betting QJs always and QTs half the time on the river. I'm not sure if he opens KQo 100% or not.
