Kanye is a wolf with sheeps clothing with regards to MC...he is a much better producer/writer/director...DO NOT COMPARE him to other actual non-pop rapper-types.

[/ QUOTE ]

He's made two great albums.

But the formula for both of them has been:

(1) Awesome production.
(2) Very good guest MCs.
(3) Kanye getting owned by said guest MCs.

I like Kanye on the mic 'cause he's got a ton of personality and charisma. Makes up for the lack of actual skill.

He tried to come at Jay Z recently and it was probably the funniest thing I ever heard. Not because it was tight and he ripped on Jay Z, but because it was such trash that I felt sorry for him. THe loser is coming out with a new cd soon and he wanted some media coverage.

Idiot tries to get in the media by throwing rocks at the throne. Joke.

[/ QUOTE ]

Well, he does have his reasons. If you listen to his song "U gotta Love it," he lists five reasons why he's going at Jay.

Normally you would get clapped for talking that smack in the hood, but since Juelz is in a peaceful mood today, I will explain:

1) Jay stole Roc-a-fella from Dame Dash
2) Jay Stole Kanye from Roc-a-fell from Dame
3) Jay stole Roc-a-wear from Dame
4) The assassins who tried to assassinate our future President supposedly threw up the Roc-a-fella diamond hand signal thing-a-majig thing before they licked shots at Cam
5) Jay is a lecherous old man taking advantage of a younger Beyonce

Cam really has 150 reasons, but he's too busy writing his dissertation right now.

Consequence's verse is the best in Gone IMO.

That being said, Dipset is awesome. Cam'ron's Purple Haze was also one of my favorite albums of last year, and Juelz's album was very good as well. Dipset Anthem (Santana's Town) is one of my all-time favorite songs. Jim Jones also has some nice songs and guest appearences. Their interviews are probably the best in hip-hop as well.

Tons of people hate the Dipset crew because of their "silly" lyrics; those people take themselves way too seriously. The Dipset crew is always coming out with bangers, it doesn't matter to me that they aren't lyrically brilliant. Dipset, Dipset!

The only thing they have going for them is that they're original.

Dipset's jargon is the best.

"YOU MAD DOGGY, YOU MAD" IIRC is a quote from Cam'ron in an interview with Bill O'Reilly.

Scooby Snacks is clearly not a Dipset original.

loading slowly, but this should be priceless

Not as good as I had hoped.

(1) the principal
(2) Dame Dash

(3) Cam'ron
(4) O'Reilly

Cam is a high-ceiling low-floor rapper.

I believe that you left out that the king of New York, Jay-Z, was on the front page of the daily news rocking open toe sandals with jeans on. Open-toed sandals with chancletas with jeans on. And he's 42 years old.
