200nl 9ts flops a pair in a reraised pot on a drwy board
villian is 27/23/2.7 over 150
What is the best way to approach a flop like this bet/call ck/fold, ck/call, or ck raise. He snap called the reraise which idicates to me he probebly didn't consider 4 betting pre. with the following range I have the odds to bet call JJ+,99,AJs,A8s,Ah7h,KhTh,QTs,Th8h,8h7h,8h6h,7h6h,A Jo PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) Button ($195) SB ($156.10) Hero ($639.75) UTG ($330.60) MP ($526) Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 2 folds, Button raises to $8, 1 fold, Hero raises to $26, Button calls $18. Poker is easy when you hit runnerflush. I raise bigger preflop, since you're OOP. I don't know if an AF of 2.7 is enough to b/c. I think i cc flop, and see what the turn might bring. Probably c/f turn. Like to see what the rest of you think.

Your pattern mapper works good. PF is meh, if I'm going to repop it I make it $30ish. As played, flop bet is fine, fold to the shove. You give him way too wide a range, a TAG (even one leaning towards the LAGgier side) isn't calling your 3-bet here with low suited connectors, one gappers, AJo, A7s, KTs or QTs.

Re: 200nl 9ts flops a pair in a reraised pot on a drwy board
I was with you up until you called the shove. That's terrible IMO. At the very best you're up against a flush draw; I feel that most villains are shoving here with complete air rarely if ever. That would be very bad of them because you can easily have an overpair with this line.
Anyway... Nice suckout, fish. (-; |

I bet fold. I think a CR AI is better than a bet call.
Is there any merit in a CR AI? I sometimes do this if I feel oppenent is capable of making a moved in raised pots with air. |

I fold pre 80% of the time unless i know he's raising from the bn too often. As played, fold to the flop shove, don't know why you called, he could've slow played AA KK QQ and had you crushed.

Fold. Your range is far too wide. And you include A8s for the flopped nothing, but not 22.

lol @ this post
easy instafold on the flop btw, and though results have been removed it appears you ran out a flush on him... congrats, hope to play w/ you soon =] also, the range you gave makes absolutely no sense @ all |
