Random question for Dave or anyone else who has purchased a table from the IronMan store....

Will you ever be picked up for missing too many rounds of blinds at your own table? The reason I ask is because I like to have as much money on the table as possible, and if you never will get picked up from you own table then I'll just get my own table, never take money off of it, eventually run it up to an amount that no person would be able to suprass in one session, never sign off, and always have the table covered. To me this would be worth the IronMan store points. But if you can't do this I'll probably just take the cash bonus.

Then I get to act first on every street..... Fun.

When you find yourself with loose limpers, you should be raising preflop pretty liberally when you have position for this exact reason.

They're going to slowly limp a ton of money away. And if they're limp/calling, they're giving you a huge positional advantage with the added bonus that they're never going to know the strength of your hand because you're cbetting quite a bit when you miss.

It was a pretty brutal cooler, but I wouldn't be complaining about the limper too much. These guys pay the bills.

Wholly crap @ Carmelo.

Can you run my numbers if you can?

Lacey Duvalle obv.

[/ QUOTE ]

For Lacey Duvalle, I have 7,324 hands, up $12,086

For the ones I have posted here, these are pretty small sample sizes and I dont claim to capture every hand that happens on FTP, maybe 95% of hands that happen as sometimes my computer will lock/restart while I am at work and other times it hits the max number of open tables, I just capture them all as I wanted to get a solid 6 months of data (I started this in August) and do some analysis at that point. I also dont capture any hands from the new heads up tables as that doesnt interest me at all, I play only FR but still capture 6max as I play that every so often when a good game arises.

Anyone notice how few PL tables of O8 are typically going on Stars? Usually there will be more of both NL and Limit, and I find that frustrating as I like PL the best. Why do people choose those games, limit I can understand to an extent, but I find NL is just annoying for Omaha.

I also find it funny how often guys open push in NL O8 at NL100 and NL200..

Yeah, I don't know why there is so much NL action over PL lately; I feel the same way you do. The same regulars will push allin preflop for $200++ with junk like AAJ8. Any aces will do for them.

Assani-
I personally have never seen anyone's chips picked up @ FT,
and usually they won't pick 'em up @ a short table [i.e., the sharks laying in wait @ the stud HU tables]. My guess is that they probably have to during weekly system restart.
Best to ask FT support [ and wait forever for a response ].
IMHO--take the cash.
