Solid-good does not give the right idea about 7-12%, I think.

If you get 7-12% you belong to the top 0.5 percentile of all $109 players that play more than 3 of them per week.

Edit: Yes I pulled that right out of my butt and while I think it is maybe not a very good estimate it definitely gives a better sense of reality.

25-30% ROI after 275 22er means something like -50% to +30% ROI at the 109ers and about -20% to +50% at the 22er.
