PC Controller as Mouse

I have an XBox 360 Controller for Windows. Is there something I can download that lets me use the controller as a mouse? And I would like when I start a game, it automatically becomes a game controller and doesn't move the mouse. Anything like this available?

There are lots of AHK scripts to use USB controllers for playing poker. Check out the Software Forum. (Moving now.)

google pc contoller as mouse

or mabey joystick as mouse

there are plenty of free software that does this they usually stop working as mouse when you load an emulator however its a little glitchier
