Default Putting Them On a Hand (Flush Draw?)

Do y'all think most people will bet or check a Four Flush/Open Ended Straight on The Flop? (If they checked or limped before The Flop.) Thanks.

I always bet it. Obviously, its the only way to attempt to get some value out of the hand if you hit the draw on one of the later streets.
