i like more or less on the river, your amount looks pretty bluffy... he either has a jack or not, sometimes it's a weak ace, sometimes it's nada and he's giving up (busted straight draw, nothing) and sometimes it's an overpair to the J... value bet of like 600 on the end should work just as well as 800, but once you go 800, in my experience, full pot tends to work better/look scarier. but i'd probably have gone less due to his range of hands.
