I'm gonna go with 11g.

I guesstimated with fitday help.

I also agree with the pork and soy comment.

thremp,
pork is a fine source of protein and a nice change of pace from what most people eat, although ketchup is lame...

the broccoli is maybe 10g of carbs, but some of that is gonna be fiber...

I know. I eat pork. Probably too much. But I eat too much meat in general so I don't really care.

That's a big ass amount of very dense protein. Good thing you have a bunch of fibrous veggies. If you're going to eat that much tough meat, I'd definitely keep the fiber real high or even higher than what you've got, and be sure to drink enough water throughout that day and the next day. That much pork could turn into a rectum splitter.

lol...i probably should put more thought into this before i eat certain things.

As for the ketchup, i am not sure why everyone is hatin so hard on it. I mean I'm not really going for a high class meal here. I live alone, i don't really have to impress anyone with my Dijon mustard. I can understand a half point style deduction though.

I thought we were giving points for nutrition, not style.
