Default Nut flush vs Nut ...period 50 NL

CO is a maniac who I recently lost a 2 buy in pot to when my AK ran into 2 pair, after I re-shoved. He is running 82/30 I changed seats a few hands ago to put him on my right.

Oh, and did I mention I was tilted and trying not to fall into the abyss of losing another 2+ buy in pot to him?
I know this isn't the optimal way to be thinking while playing and perhaps I shouldn't even be playing...but I was, and here so here I am.

His Pre flop min raise could mean anything, but his min reraise on the turn means he has a hand he really likes.
I put him on a king, but king what is anyones guess.

What is my action on the river?

Well, sometimes he has KJ and sometimes he has JJ and sometimes he has AK or AA and sometimes you have the best hand. It's kind of an unanswerable situation vs a maniac.

You went 200bb with TPTK? Not all maniac's play bad post flop. The reason they give us trouble is some of them have good intuition. They're not playing "right" but to call them clueless is to sometimes give them too little credit.

A lot of what we do right looks maniacal to other players. I remember bet/3betting a guy the other day with AQs on a two tone flop who called with TT. He thought I was maniac and screamed in chat for the next 5 minutes until I stacked him again with a set.

FTP is down, so I'm getting philosophical....

just sad...

On to the hand -- true maniac? I put more money in on the turn. Man, that's a deep table.

If you chase your flush on a paired flop, you shouldn't drop out against a maniac if you hit and he does what he always does. I push this turn.
