Default uughh how bad is my OESD line here?

villain is very laggy. I've seen him get way too involved with 55 right to the end on QT8Q8. This game is also playing fairly loose.

OnGame - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 5 Players - from memory

SB: $800
BB: $500
Hero UTG: $400
CO: $1200
(Villain) (BTN): $800

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
Hero raises to $15, CO calls $15, Villain calls $15, sb calls $15, all else fold

Flop: ($64) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 Players)
Hero bets $40, CO folds, Villain min raises to $80, all else fold, Hero calls.

Turn: ($224) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks , Villain bets $120, Hero shoves All-In ($305)

I'd probably 3-bet the flop, as we have a pretty good draw and he is a laggy fellow that seems to be playing too many hands, so he probably adjusts by getting all-in with a jack here. 3-bet to like 230 and try to get it in here, we wanna see as many cards as we can.
