Default TT in Kill Pot

Casino AZ 20-40. I haven't been at table long, but villain appeared to be very aggressive and a bit loose. I had been aggressive, though I showed trips on the last hand as Hass folded to me (again) on a turn raise.

I'm in MP, Villain on my right. Folded to him and he raises. Folded all around back to me on the kill, and I make it three bets with TT. Villain calls.

Flop A87 rainbow. Villain bets into me. I call, thinking it's WA/WB. Turn is a 9. Villain bets into me again...

Villain is Hass? This is a crappy spot, mostly bc you have the kill and (if I am reading correctly) position so he might be expecting you to 3 bet alot of different hands here. Do you have any other helpful reads, eg does he donk or cr when he flops an ace, etc.

i'd probably fold on the flop. w/o a read on this guy i'd want a better situation to make a thin calldown to get a better read. there's not many 8x or 7x hands people are going to be opening in early-mid position so really you're hoping he donked the flop with like T9 or complete air. on the turn, just call. raising isn't going to fold out an ace and getting 3-bet would be horrible when you picked up an oesd. if you're thinking free showdown, this is definitely not a good spot for it.

He wasn't Hass (I was just sticking the needle in because I won the two previous pots from Hass), and I never have any helpful reads. He was buddies with the player on my left who thought that ATK was the nuts, but Villain seemed mostly solid, if aggressive. Does that help?

Isn't that very weak tight? I'd rather fold the turn if he fires again, otherwise I'm surrendering every pot when an ace flops.

You don't think I can fold AJ? What about JJ-KK?

i'm not saying to fold every time an ace flops, just in this particular hand. in my experience, if someone is donking the flop in situations like this they're following through on the turn no matter what they have so calling the flop with the intention of folding on the turn seems problematic.

TP with a good kicker and a gutshot? no way in hell AJ is folding. it would make no sense for JJ-KK to play this way postflop, i'd be really surprised if he had any of those hands.

Yeah, I would fold to an unknown in this spot. I would only call down against a player that is known to be tricky.

I raised the turn and he quickly three bet. River was a 5, and he bet again. After some hollywooding I folded face up. He showed 99.

My feeling was his flop bet was a feeler bet, I didn't really put him on an ace. Given that I probably should have folded the flop as I couldn't beat any pair except nines.

You fold this face up, you showed trips in the earlier hand, wtf. Stop it. Stop it now.

What can I say, I like to have fun, I'm not doing this for rent money. And I felt bad for running over Hass, if just for those two hands. I know it's a leak but I'm not sure I can totally stop. Maybe I need a long cooler to take things more seriously.
