Bayou Poker Cashouts

I haven't heard anything about Bayou Poker for some time. Does anyone know whether or not they have plans on honoring cashouts? I have one pending since November 2006. I get emails from them encouraging me to play their casino..lol. But they never respond to my emails and getting my money is not looking good at the moment. I know there has been a lot of talk about Pokes poker, but if anyonece has heard anything about Bayou please let me know.
