Default Top 2, after strength on the flop, what do you do?

Villain is pretty regular, I've seen him play before.

$0.25/$0.5 No Limit Holdem
5 players

Stacks:
UTG (<font color="#0000cc">$9.55</font>)
CO (<font color="#0000cc">$10.85</font>)
Hero (<font color="#0000cc">$57.00</font>)
SB (<font color="#0000cc">$58.05</font>)
BB (<font color="#0000cc">$54.15</font>)

Pre-flop: ($0.75, 5 players) Hero is BTN Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font color="#777777">2 folds</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $2</font>, SB calls $1.75, <font color="#777777">1 fold</font>

Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($4.5, 2 players)
SB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $3</font>, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $7.5</font>, Hero calls $4.5

Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($19.5, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $8.5</font>,

I'm somewhat suspicious of a set, wouldn't AK raise me pre? Maybe he has AJ? What do I put him on here. I'm thinking of raising the turn, but if I do, and he pushes, then I feel committed...what's the plan?

Shove or fold, lots of scare cards could hit the river. I'm a donk and I push here

I understand shoving, of course, I just can't imagine what he has that I beat, except AJ.

This CR is horrible with any hand in his range (except a bluff I guess).

He kills his odds if he's drawing and doesn't charge enough if he's ahead and gives away too much info.

I don't really think AK does this - so the queen is a blank as far as I'm concerned.

I think I prob call and fold to a river shove.
Spew?

Lots of draws out though, probably best to shove or fold imo

I wasn't saying shoving is bad or anything. I was just saying that if he's drawing he's drawing to 7 outs.

He's prob not going to bluff the missed FD.

If he has a set he might check oop if the flush hits b/c that's kind of what our hand looks like to him.

On the flop he shows us he's a donk. I just think he is going to let us play the river optimally.

We also have two outs to stack a set/flush.

Raise the turn...call a shove.

He's got A2 and A6 a lot here too guys.....I could also see AK or some draw....and maybe AJ or AT....sets are possible.

I agree.. this could be some strangely played AcJc and it's probably best to get the money in on the turn. If he has the set, blame the turn card, not your play.

by check raising the villain is trying to take the play away from u imo. so either shove to take the play back or fold if u feel the set? the only problem is that the check raise wasnt that large so ur calling 4.5 into ~$14 pot? if he has a weak hand and wants to push u away the craise isnt really big enough
