i'd usually just fold to his turn raise. but if i'm not folding, then i'd call and c/? the river. if you think he's bluffing, let him fire the big third barrel...

bvb, he's not folding a flush, i don't really like the small bet on the turn with the purpose of inducing like u said (though i'm not sure if u meant to do it), this isn't the spot to do it
