Default Bad beat with the nuts

2/5 NL Live. 700 effective stacks.

I limp Q/J off in MP. 3 other limpers and SB/BB come along.

Flop is 10/8/9, off suit. I lead for pot, LP reaches for chips to raise but decides to just call. Turn is a 2, I lead for 3/4 pot, he calls again. River is a Q, I lead for 1/2 pot and he just calls.

Villain flips over 7/6, and didnt put in a raise the whole time. Is this a bad beat?
