Default Sleep Tracker... does it actually help you?

RE: sleeptracker.com

It is a watch that monitors your sleep cycles and wakes you up at the time you are most awake so you don't feel groggy in the morning. Has anyone had any experience with this or heard any word-of-mouth reviews?

Kinda looks cool, but I wonder if it'd be practical or worth the money.

No. I'd be more specific, but there's no point. This product is useless.

I tried it for a couple of weeks, now it just stays in my drawer. I still kept hitting the snooze. Many times it would just alarm at the same time as my alarm clock any way.

I was disappointed, because I had high hopes for it. I actually had an idea similar to this many many years ago. I wanted to monitor brain waves and REM, and have that trigger the alarm during a light period of sleep.

I guess now I'll have to resort to my other wake-up idea... electric shock alarm clock.

It's gonna become obsolete in a few years. SLEEP MACHINE
