Default 10/20 Loose pf call, option to take free card on turn

I went on a mini heater the last couple hands. In my BB, I c/r an A hi flop with AJ, and took it down on the river with showing down. In my sb, I 3bet with AQo against one UTG raiser (he has been raising pf quite a bit so far), and showed down the winner on an AAxQQ board (no idea what BB called me down with). So my image could be somewhat laggy, since most dont 3bet AQ at this casino, and the play was highly visible.I now have the button, and the kill button (15/30).

Dealt to hero 87o
UTG+1 raises (has raised quite a bit since I've sat down, he also called to the river in my BB hand, finally folding the river saying his pp must be no good), 3 cold callers, I call , both blinds call.

6 players
Flop: 765r

BB donks, UTG+1 calls, 1 fold, MP calls, 1 fold, I raise, All call.

Turn: 6

checks to me. Do I take a free card or bet to protect my vulnerable, but very possibly 2nd best hand?

I know pf can be debatable, so if that's the case just assume it was suited for the sake of argument, cuz I'm quite curious what the best line is here.

Definitely bet, as you'll probably lose a few people with overcards. I'd normally check behind on river unimproved, though I could find a bet against just one opponent with a read.

I don't think the PF call is loose, btw. I think it would be close but still a call if you were BB instead, so with the added advantage of having the button I think this is a pretty standard call.

Hollywood Casino in Aurora IL. I'm actually travelling on business in the area, so its against unknowns.

Anyways, I was pretty sure this was a bet. I was severely berated afterwards when I sucked out on better hands by rivering a 4. Not a pleasant experience, but I restrained myself from critizing their play.

It's classic when things like this happen.
And how they go on and on and on and on.....
