Limidonk trying to learn NL. 5 hands from first session at 25nl.
So I'm joining the ranks of limit players everywhere catching the NL craze. I have the NLTAP book and just started it. I feel like I should probably not play until I read the whole thing, but nothing beats hands on experience, right? I would love to hear how you guys would play these hands compared to how I did. Comments and critiques are welcomed.
Hand 1: I assume PF is a fold? Barring that, too aggresive? Am I only going to get looked up by hands that beat me? Re: Limidonk trying to learn NL. 5 hands from first session at 25nl.
first off, post them in the correct forum :P
1: pf is marginal IMO but ok, post flop i <3 2: this flop is great for slowplaying, if you do raise, make it larger 3:fine, amybe more preflop 4: not sure what he has that will call and doesnt beat you, but its probably not terrible at these stakes 5: raise pre, flop is ugly, c/r is too small (not that id even do it) and the call is even worse. |

Yeah, I just realized I posted this in the wrong forum
Can a mod move it? Edit: thanks for the input though. I had a feeling the 55 hand was bad |

Re: Limidonk trying to learn NL. 5 hands from first session at 25nl.
You should really compact hand posts to 1, maximum 2 hands. its so hard to reply and get discussion on 5 hands in 1 thread.
