How to do football squares?

Is there a place that shows or even has the 10x10 football squares that is commonly seen in SuperBowl pools? I'm trying to make it in excel, but it's looking like crap and nothing is even... any help is appreciated, thanks.

Fill out all the squares, then draw the numbers that go around the board.

I'm curious what your excel file looks like. It's just an 11 X 11 square grid, you can make one with a pen and ruler if you wanted to.
