the fact that 2+2ers never play on AP would only attract 2+2ers to play on AP (over the long run). Just the truth.

"oscar133 is almost certainly innocent"

I wouldnt jump to such conclusions, adanthar.

[/ QUOTE ]

I would, and I'm better at poker. just as important as the hand itself is the fact that he's not even the #1 stack at the table.

[/ QUOTE ]

Interesting response, vague and confusing. You are better than who at poker? The fact that he isnt the #1 stack at the table is irrelevant as far as I can tell, but I have been known to be wrong.

I understand your point of view, strategy wise it doesnt make sense to make a call with A7 vs KK, but if you look at the overall picture, it does make sense if the cheater realizes everyone will be looking at his hand histories very, very closely. And he probably would suspect that some of the players at the table would be aware of the "super user" acct scandal, by making this call he pretty much convinces the entire table that he cant see the hole cards. I think he was hoping for a suckout and if not, hes now way under the radar.

We should be looking at big tourney winners in the past on AP and looking at the suspicious hand histories. Hopefully AP will be helpful enough to provide us with all of our hand history requests. AP may have a few faults, but their customer service is second to none.

Medium and high stakes players should be studying the win rates of their ring game opponnents on AP and posting any suspicious players. Of course everyone will have some opponnents with amazing win rates, but patterns will emerge, if they were using these cheater accts in the past.

Why do people doubt the integrity of the Kahwanake? Hundreds of years ago the Kahnawake signed a document with the French surrounding them conceding that they are an independent nation. As such they permit people wtithin their borders to run gambling businesses. If that alone makes them dishonest, then so is the USA. Is there Any REAL reason to doubt their integrity, other than a disagreement with Canada about that? And after hundreds of years, it's not odd their Chief would be named Norton, anymore than a Mr Obama becoming President of the USA would be odd. Right?

[/ QUOTE ]

There is no reason to doubt the Kahnawake, other than the way their wholly owned subsidary AP has lied. Repeatedly. And how they gave a gambling license to a casino they own and control. Other than that, nothing shady going on!

Ugh, i really don't want to get in this discussion again, but basically, this is really easy to say when you aren't affected by your decision at all. For the the people who actually have to give up something (soft games, the 200bb buyin, the familiarity), this is a much more difficult decision.

it's very relevant. it basically means this isn't our guy. you can either trust me on that, or keep frantically looking for superusers every time someone makes a big, dumb call with the worst hand (not exactly a superuser trademark).

though, frankly, that's a given now anyway.

ikestoys,

imo given the amount of time nat, adanthar, josem and all the other spend blowing this case and getting you your money back, the least you can do out of respect is not go back to the [censored] site
