Scared of UIGEA, 4 months after quiting my pretty sweet Wall Street job, playing as much limit as I could while just starting to learn donkaments.

Now, pretty much the same. Probably 30 pounds heavier.

Last year: roll was about 50K after cashing for 43K in the WSOP. Also, coming right off my ME run, I won a 50K satellite that bought me into 3 WPT events + 5K cash. I thought I was on my way...

This year: After paying for an engagement ring and funding a wedding, the BR is down to 6.5K. Trying to finally get NL 1/2 and 2/4 to click for me. Doing well in 1/2 and 2/4 HU NL. Also, playing online MTTs that are probably a little out of my bankroll.

Am I the only one who went backwards??

Then - finishing my undergraduate studies: last semester 1 class, but took 4 + research.

in between (this last summer): finding 2p2 & playing poker basically full time, cause I had nothing else to do. Mild success. Definitely in the black.... contemplating how it would feel to be a pro.

Now: In med school. Nose in books... no time to take a crap, and having no right to play play poker without getting left behind. Semester breaks will own. I've never been this busy in my life.

Last year: Losing Player with really bad BR management
This Year: Barely break even with even worst BR management

This time last year i had just found poker and was grinding small £5/$10 STT's on crypto for a $3k profit over 3000 games after my only $200 deposit.

Now, after recently cashing out $4k, have a $5.5k bankroll and playing MTT's on mainly euro sites. Biggest score still only £3k but still building a roll quickly enough.

My next aim is to qualify for a live event, preferably Crypto's CPC in St Kitts.
