Yes, [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] buffalo wings.
Drumettes, but I don't really care much TBH.
As hot as possible.
Hell no, boneless wings suck.
Blue cheese because I am older than 10.

Isn't the celery there in case it's too spicy for your liking to cool your mouth down?

[/ QUOTE ]

yes, if the wings are too hot, you are supposed to dip the celery in the blue cheese to get the oil from the hot sauce out fo your mouth.

Really surprised people actually eat the celery.

[/ QUOTE ]

My wife detests celery, and I like it, but enough to have it around the house anyway.

So it's novel for me to see the celery when eating wings, and I always indulge.

[/ QUOTE ]

But there is only one way to eat celery:

I prefer drumstick, boneless, and somewhere around medium. Ranch for dipping, although I don't dip most of the time. If the wings are hotter I'll dip more. I don't get those that prefer the flats to the drumsticks. Unless you're a hoover, like the vid posted, you have to separate the bones on flats, so you spend however long turning your flat into a drum. I'm all about ease of eating, so I prefer the drum to the flat and the boneless to the drum.

guids,

When I worked at a fast food chicken place in St. Louis, our chicken strips were a mix of breast, thigh, and sometimes leg. At the end of the night, we would take whatever chicken we hadn't sold, throw the skin away, and strip the meat from the bones. The meat went in a bucket in the walk-in. That meat would be breaded the next day and fried. It was also used for BBQ chicken sandwiches and chicken pot pies. We didn't use wings at all because the skin/meat ratio sucked, and threw away lots of legs for the same reason. Thighs and breasts were always good to go, however.

I agree that peanut butter is the classic. But with some people being allergic to peanuts and cream cheese being so mother [censored] great, the white version (sans [censored] cranberries wtf) is an acceptable alternative.

Is Wild Wing (not Buffalo Wild Wing) a chain? We frequented one in my home town and I think they are building one in Myrtle Beach. Their "wild west" flavored wing(ranch based)makes me [censored] myself just thinking about it. Best wings in a restaurant period.

We have a home recipe that requires skinning (yes it makes a difference), and this is much easier with the drumettes.

Bone>>>>>>>>boneless. It adds flavor, IMO.

Ranch>>>>>>>>>>>& gt;>>>>>>>>>>>&gt ;>>>>>>>>>>>>& gt;>>>>>>>blue cheese. Blue cheese is anal leakage.
