ok, trying to make a standard $600 withdrawal to my bank account. I've done it several times in the past. Just received a message that says "FAILURE

For more information please Contact Us directly."

Wrote them a message as I understand its hard to get through to them on the phone. Expecting a meaningless response telling me my question will be answered in the order it arrives in two weeks.

Anyway, anyone else having similar problems today or in the past?

Just read further up in the thread. They told me (and others it looks like) that there is a processor issue. ATM cards still work. Sound familiar? I have seven pending ACH's that have not gone through yet going back to last week. ePass says that any ACH that did not fail has been or will be processed. For now they blame it on a tech issue. I guess we will see.

Sorry if this has been asked, havent been able to wade through the huge post, but anyone have a list of places this card works with for sure (specifically interested if it works on the prima network) Thanks

Mike

My card didn't work at poker host. The transaction was denied becase it was a "gambling" transaction (or something to that effect). I've read elsewhere tha Epass has recently stopped supporting sites that also offer casino games which is what I assumed the problem was (which is weird because I can still use it at UB w/ BJ enabled but I've read that players at absolute have to have BJ disabled to be allowed to use epass). I used my BoA debit card and the transaction went through with no problems and no security calls (to my surprise).

Now when I try to withdraw, instead of inputting the amount it goes straight to this message:

"This functionality is temporarily disabled. Our backend ACH processor is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please check back later."

Stupid newbie question time.

Since the whole "sounds familiar" thing was brought up, I'm starting to have Neteller flashbacks and starting to worry. Is this a problem that can be fixed or is it panic time yet?
Should we start moving our epass balances onto secure sites?

THIS IS PANIC TIME! I contacted Epassporte 3 freggin times and finally the rep said they are having major issues with their backend ACH Processer because of the U.S. LEGISLATION!!!! Fing pokerstars wont cut me a str8 check either, they insist that I have to withdraw my initial 1k through epassporte and then the 10k through a check (this is just getting me even more fired up!).
Anyone with brillant suggestions let me know.
thanks,

Chris Larmore
