Default 1/2nl live river minraise

Ok I don't remember the exact details of this hand very well but I'll make do the best I can. UTG is awful, some ridiculous combination of a lag and calling station and very easily readable, UTG+2 is Shpanko, we both know how the other plays, but he tends to give me too much respect live even though he knows I like to play crazy against him so I can rub it in his face when I win.

On to the hand: UTG limps, Shpanko limps, some other stuff happens, I limp on the button with T7o, blinds check.

Flop (Pot ~15): 89T rainbow. UTG bets $10, Shpanko calls, it folds to me so I call.

Turn (Pot ~45): 5, board is 89T5 now. UTG checks, Shpanko checks, I bet 25, UTG calls, Shpanko thinks for a little bit and calls.

River (Pot ~120): 3, board is 89T53 rainbow. UTG bets $30, Shpanko calls, I raise to $60. My read is that UTG has some busted draw or weak pair that she won't fold, and that Shpanko has something like AT.

If we say that you have UTG beat and UTG doesn't like folding, then wouldn't it be better to raise a bit more on the river? Perhaps to $80 or $90?

Well I thought I had her beat but wasn't sure, and I figured Shpanko would fold either way so I just wanted to get him out as cheaply as possible since I thought he wouldn't overcall here ever unless I had drastically misread his hand.
