a little over 500 hands and he has done absolutely nothing noteworthy so he isn't stupid and he isn't tricky.

at this point, since you didn't c/rai the turn, I like throwing in a $5 bet...which often times will get called, or raised because it looks weak, but rarely folded too, because you have him curious now...

If he thinks you can play he knows you don't have JT here. And if you ARE repping it do you think a decent player you've played 500 hands with thinks you'll call a VB with it? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
This is not about repping JT it's about extracting value with top set. And you've told us what you want him to think you have but haven't mentioned what you put him on.
Not sounding tetchy on purpose [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] That's to say if you push and he calls and you win then you recovered from a bad turn. If you checked and he bet, it wasn't to push you off JT [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
