Not close? I also thought Leinhart was a better prospect, but it is tough to disregard Young's talent.

Young is either going to be a complete bust or very good in 3 to 4 years.
If he has to start in his first year..he'll be a disaster.

Take into account the low scoring SEC environment, and how overmatched his teammates were... his college stats look pretty damned good.

I'm sorry I didn't realize his goal was to put up stats. They only won 5 out of 11 games.

He wasn't as successful.

This is a really bad argument. It's not Cutler's fault that his school didn't buy their running backs houses and stuff(jk). But seriously, he didn't have fantastic players around him like Young and especially Leinart did. Leinart had a fantastic receiving corps and this year's Heisman winner in Bush, as well as another fantastic back in White.
