Young is either going to be a complete bust or very good in 3 to 4 years.
If he has to start in his first year..he'll be a disaster. |

It's not Cutler's fault that his school didn't buy their running backs houses and stuff(jk). But seriously, he didn't have fantastic players around him like Young and especially Leinart did. Leinart had a fantastic receiving corps and this year's Heisman winner in Bush, as well as another fantastic back in White. |
