I would fold hand 1 because I don't think he is bluffing there very often and he probably isn't vbing worse often.

Hand 2 looks fine, I think you are winning there quite a lot.

I would cbet the flop in hand 3, pf is marginal but w/e. As played I would call turn/river.

Against an unknown folding the river is pretty standard, I would probably still fold with your read but if hes a really donk then calling can't be that bad.
