FTP ID Inappropriate: Rakeback??

I have a rakeback account and I play on FTP. My S/N was GiantBlackPen1s, and after 4 months of use they deemed it Inappropriate. How am i to go about receiving my May Rakeback?

Have they not said that you can change the screen name?
If not, have they said that you can open a new account?

no, they emailed me telling me to change my screen name. I have sent them possible options to change it, they haven't emailed me back.
