For me it was Cindy Mancini.
Edit - after reading OP's meaning of "Jake Ryan" I went the wrong route in my answer. I thought he was getting at the popular one everyone wanted to be with, but if we are going for the perfect prototypical girlfriend type.... It would be Boof or Simone.
