The Official 2007 Charlotte Bobcats Thread!!!!!!
2-0 holla!!
The Miami game was deja vu all over again with the blown 16 point fourth quarter lead, BUT something new happened in the last minute when Felton knocked down some free throws and the team pulled out a W. Richardson has been as good as advertised so far, and Emeka is holding it down in the post. The extreme lack of depth concerns me, as did the awful foul shooting in the Milwaukee game. Anyway a playoff spot in the East is not out of the question. Even winning the division looks like a possibility. Of course I am getting ahead of myself, but who cares. They have a great opportunity to make a name for themselves and gain some local pub now that the Panthers are sucking wind. GO 'CATS!!!!

My cousin lives in charlotte, he is a huge bobcat fan.
by virtue of that i support this team. i watched pieces of the game vs miami, they look GOOD. GO EMEKA GO!

I'm from NBA and the Bobcats aren't my preferred NBA team, but I've been getting into them a lot more lately and checking them out and the improvement is obvious.
I watched the end of the Milwaukee game on Friday and you can tell they are really maturing and beginning to come together. Raymond Felton is showing the leadership and skills that made him a top 5 pick in the 2005 draft and Richardson seems like a natural fit. I worry about their depth, especially in the post, but their starting five can carry them if they stay healthy.

Hopefully we'll have a breakthrough year. Great top four, not much depth. I'm worried about not resigning Emeka, but hopefully he'll have a huge year and we will be able to match any offers.
Looking forward to this year.
