Default Expanded Vide Release Schedule On Stoxpoker

We are expanding our video release schedulee from M-W-F to M-T-W-T-F of each week.

In addition, we will have bonus videos that we throw in on some weeks (like the dual hole card displayed head-up NL match between Stox and Cottonseed this weekend).

Hey Stox,

Great forum idea and love your website. I am a going to become a member in the next few days just b/c I think you are a class act, and your website looks very professional and the things i learn from there will most likely pay for themselves.

Would it be possible for you to list what types of videos will be coming out on those days? I am primarily a NL player and want to make sure that 95% of your content is not specif9ic to LHE.

Thanks,

retep

Hi Retap.

As far as Hold'em content, our goal is 70% NL and 30% limit.

But we will also be posting MTT and SNG content regularly and occasionally (but not weekly) will have content on games like razz, 7-stud h/l, and omaha.

On average, there should be a couple of videos geared to NL each week.

We're hoping to keep it at at least a couple NL videos a week, actually, but have kept the schedule a bit looser off the start (ie. no guaranteed video types on specific days atm) as we settle into it.

I like what you guys are doing with limit right now in releasing class-room type videos. I would love to see something similar for NL HU or at least more intro type of videos for NL HU as it is so different from what many players are used to.

you have my guarantee that we will never be 95% limit, you can see our videos list on our homepage with categories and number of vids, if anything the ratio on that will continue to be more slanted towards NL.

People are not going to believe you are not a shill . . . lol

We just posted Video 156 today. This is a classroom style NL Holdem video by Bryce.

We constantly encourage our members to expand their poker skills and many of you may be hesitant to leave the comfort of Limit Holdem and start developing a NL Holdem game. Well in Video 156, Bryce begins sharing his journey with you as he broadens his game from a nose-bleed stakes world class short-handed and heads-up Limit Holdem player to heads-up No Limit.

Bryce uses pokertracker to review some HU NL hands containing common problems and demonstrates how he is using different tools to quickly develop his game.

We obviously have regular NL Holdem contributions from Stox, Leatherass, and Cottonseed. But this is a unique opportunity for you to watch, listen, and learn as Bryce shares his progress and techniques with you in mastering NL Holdem.
