Been a while since I posted something so I thought I would post a moderately standard hand that kind of angered me today. Villian is 19/16 surely somewhat thinking but has done some kind of weird things in the past. First hand I'm posting is one that we played just like 3 minutes before this one. FWIW I think he's fairly standard, if I had to define it as something, though maybe not necessarily by 2+2 standards. Anyways, he's not really spewy, to tbh I dont' know if this previous hand makes him more or less likely to bluff the river.

FWIW, if he bet less than 300, I was CRAI.

im having a hard time putting him on a hand and his line doesn't make sense so call cuz its more fun and we get to see what he has ldo

I like how you played it, and now I think you should look him up

if you lost i wouldn't be shocked to see 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2x, or 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4x

but i feel like you'll see a goofy bluff here enough

also, if he isn't bluffing here then i wouldn't call in similar spots in the future

but if you're asking whether you should call or fold, i dunno, flip a coin. most people will have air a lot here with his size bet but the AJ hand before makes me think he value bets thinly. there is a huge difference though between value betting thinly on turn (when there are draws to protect LDO!) and doing so on the river with AA or KQ on a monotone board, so i'd be inclined to call and then take a note of what you saw.
