Default NL100 : oop floped set. going broke 100% of the time?

Like my 6th hand on the table. Table seems pretty tight. Is this standard? Or should i bet 75% of the pot on that kind of flop.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($77.75)
UTG ($102.80)
MP ($112)
CO ($41.55)
Button ($96.70)
Hero ($100.50)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $3</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $3, Hero calls $2.50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($10) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $5</font>, MP folds, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $16</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $48</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $93.7</font>, Hero calls $45.70.

i don't want to fold this lol I'm just wondering if a PF 3b wouldve been a better line and if my flop bet is too weak.
