Definately bet the river here, but I doubt hes calling. Like a $5 Vbet. And I can't help with the converter, sorry.

Bet more preflop and I'd probably raise that weak flopbet. It's ok to check behind on the river against an unknown as a flushdraw might have got there and if you bet small you'll have a hard time calling a raise.
