:g:
raising the flop seems kind of thin, I dont think that 8 will win for you often enough to compensate for the overlay of 2 players. Pot isnt big enough yet.

I dont think it matters much if you call the 3-bet or cap river but I think this is a set or a lower overplayed FD often enough to cap.

[i][edit] didnt notice the str8... orbit that MOFO [/edit]

Preflop: Good.

Flop: Two close plays here. If it's very likely that you are drawing here then I just want to call to keep others in the pot. But if SB is going to bet hands like JT, T8, or A3 here then it's important too raise as the pot is reasonably large because of the preflop action. Once SB 3bets we should be behind but of course have reasonable equity regardless of villian's holding. It's close between just calling and capping with the intention of taking a free card. The more passive villian is the more I like going for a free card as it's less likely he will lead the turn. As a default I'm just calling the 3bet.

Turn: Good.

River: Good. Sucks if you lost here.

GRUNCH
Nice reference to a crappy 80's movie.

As far as the hand goes I would just call the flop. Everything else looks good.
