[ QUOTE ]
**** Named seer split

Gandalf - top half; peek aaronk-mark_k
Frodo - Bottom half; peek neil-Zurvan

If you don't like this, don't do it, but realize if you do your hints need to be clearer so that we're sure you strayed. With Gandalf needing to find Faramir, for example, there are benefits to not being restricted I suppose, but in general splitting peeks seems to do more good than harm.

*** Enough of the seer stuff

[/ QUOTE ]

So StephenH is in the half that Gandalf doesn't peek. That's nice.

[/ QUOTE ]Doesn't that make him more likely to be peeked, since Frodo has a backup but Gandalf doesn't?

Or more likely to be Theoden.

Whatever. I also made it pretty clear that following a split is optional based on seer preference. I'd just rather not get screwed by seers leaving us nothing or worse than nothing. If Gandalf thinks I'm more likely than not to be Faramir, then he can peek me. How hard is that?

I keep saying "faramir" when I mean "Theodin" obviously.

sucks

We can't have one seer split, and the other NOT split.

No seers should be splitting lists, especially not in this game.

SEERS: DO NOT SPLIT THE LIST. PEEK BASED ON YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT. THANK YOU

Splits also run the risk of the seer's false hints from the opposite half (which become necessary so the Nazgūl can't tell who's who) hurting the village more than the wolves in the event the seer dies before explicitly laying out his peeks.

I agree with Zurvan, though I don't think throwing out the idea makes Stephen suspicious.

this isn't a problem if we simply have both seers come out and tell us who they're peeking tonight

Oh, and Sighing: Could you please shrink the last picture a bit? It's pretty wide. Thank you!
