Bulk Hand Converter

Are there any bulk hand converters out there? I want to be able to pass in a file or cut/paste an entire session of hand and have them all converted at once?

If not, are there any converters I can install on my PC that have a command line interface and I can write my own program to convert multiple hands at the same time.
