Flu support group

Evening everyone. Woke up this morning feeling like utter crap. Headache, sore muscles, bit of a runny nose, a dry cough. The flu! At least I hope it's "just" the flu.

I'm alone in my house so it's been kinda sucky and lonely. If anyone else is fighting a bad cold or flu right now, post in this thread and we can help each other get through the grossness.

Recipes & juice advice much appreciated! Get well soon everyone. Or stay well.

Had it for a week. Started with terrible diarhea, stomach cramps, fever, chills, itchy skin, runny nose, nausea, depression, and weakness.

Been eating rice for diahhrea. Worked well.

actually, it sounds more like that virus that got unleashed in the 3rd season of "24." Have you had nosebleeds and sores on your face?
