hey omaha I definitely do not think you're overreacting in terms of being upset and just wanting FTP to be straight with you and to do a better job of investigating why checks go unreceived for long periods of time. That being said though, you probably need to calm down a little bit. You're posting so much that people are going to stop taking this matter seriously. There's only so much you can accomplish by ranting like this. I have a fairly large check approved 8/1, so I'm not too worried yet but we'll see.

JULY 29 that is way to early to start. THat is like 5 or 6 days no way you need to wait for that. JULY 21 is the key day.

F.W.I.W. I have four checks in transit. 7/23,7/28,8/1 and 8/5. When they get backed up like this, it's very hard to know which check you're getting or having a problem with, when they are all for the maximum amount.
