I dislike raising the turn, but I do not for one second understand why anyone would raise turn here NOT to bet this river; that simply makes no sense to me.

This is exactly what's getting at me. The turn raise looks like it's only good if he's going to read it as BS. But if he is, then why wouldn't you follow through now that you've bloated the pot and shove the rest in? If that's not why you're raising the turn, then why else are you?

right, like I said earlier the question is would he be more likely to slowplay on the turn or not and that comes down to history of getting it in light and calling light

I was pretty confident in my play here, but a few ppl I talked to weren't so thrilled by it so I thought I'd post it and see.

I bet ~8k, and p3achy called w. QQ.

i dont think so.. i think OP unvoluntarily played this tricky, and the flop check was percieved to be very strong after puting in all this action to a J turn.. if peachy thinks you're calling a turn shove after betting, what is he beating?

This is a pretty pointless discussion. I personally would almost never raise this turn. Hero in this hand obviously raised the turn because he has the image to do so.
Given this it would be very strange not to value bet this river as the T does not turn a whole lot of his bluff catchers into better hands. I would push.

I like his play post flop. His hand is perfect for his line. He played well

peachy played the hand quite well postflop... but maybe missed out on a little value by not check-raising the river? He has to think that Ansky's most likely hand here is a Jack, and the only jack that probably beats him would be TJ... and that ansky probably will call a CRAI with AJ, KJ...
